That’s the approach at Volvo here in Greensboro.
Needless to say, trucking isn’t the first place you look work women in leadership positions, but Volvo just wrapped up an innovative six-month Women in Leadership program. Volvo Group got behind a program initiated by HR manager Iris Austin and created a unique curriculum that will become part of Volvo University.
